The Neo-Classical architectural style indicates that this building originated towards the end of the 18th century. The house has a slightly elevated symmetrical facade with semi-circular stairs leading up to its main door. On the wrought iron fanlight of this same door, one can see the initials D.Z.. On one side of the facade, one finds a secondary access leading to the basement. The house enjoys a large garden at the back.
Although one finds the initials D.Z. on the fanlight of the main door, nothing has ever been published on the history of this house. Notwithstanding this, it is correct to assume that the owner of this house came from a wealthy family.
